Use this for new RFQs, status checks on an open order, or general questions. For long part lists (50+ lines) it's usually faster to email us an Excel.

Until then, the form will just refresh the page on submit.
Time-critical requirements should be flagged by phone as well as email. If a locomotive is held up waiting on a part, call us directly at +966 11 XXX XXXX after sending the email — we will route the RFQ to verified aftermarket partners that ship ex-stock and prioritise 2-3 day air freight to your site.
If you have 50+ line items, please email the Excel / CSV directly to info@proedmparts.com with subject "RFQ — [your company]". We will reply with a line-by-line consolidated quote within one business day.
